I have to write a paragraph documenting that I did active ROM with a resident during clinicals. Any suggestions how this should be documented?

just describe what it is that you did using medical terms that pertain specifically to the movements you performed and what areas of the patients limbs you did them to. this website includes a listing of the terms used for movement. there are links at the bottom of the page to terms of position that you can also pull up:
