The penalty is way too lenient.

Also, I hope the prosecutor is going to prosecute. This is a terrible thing to do to patients. I hope all of his victims get a huge hunk of his money and property. This is just horrible.

Why someone like this is not considered a sex offender, I will never understand. Of course I feel sorry for the patients, but I can't help thinking about how this must have ruined the lives of this man's (I'm not calling him a Dr.) family.

In the US, if some regular "Joe" did something like this, the media would be all over it and he would absolutely be convicted as a sex offender, which would include at least probation time, treatment program, and, in most states, lifetime registry. WTH is wrong with this picture? :mad:
