THIS IS NOT A DEBATE TO WHETHER YOU SHOULD OR SHOULDN'T GET THE VACCINE!!!
I know that some people do not want to get the vaccine or be forced to do so. Also a lot of nurses are quitting or being fired (for not getting vaccinated) and people are not very happy about it. I am wondering if there will be less RN students. I have no idea, it was just something that crossed my mind!

I highly doubt it. The wait has always been long to get in the nursing program. I don't think COVID will turn it around.

Nah. From what I've seen on the MCC nursing FB group, people are getting it and claiming they were all but forced. And I think as time goes on people might become a little less afraid of the vaccine.

Are they STILL requiring the Covid vaccine in July 2024? Just wondering. I am recently semi-retired but thinking about going back to do some PRN work.

My program is no longer requiring the Covid vax, but some clinical sites still want the initial 2 shots.
