Digital Interview

I applied for a RN residency program that requires a digital interview. Has anyone ever done this? They require it within 72 hours. Any tips?

You answer questions on your webcam. Not skype. You just record your own answers. I'm wondering if I can see the questions ahead of time

Wow. That's plain lame. Part of an interview is YOU feeling THEM out. This would really put me off, personally. Is this normal, and I don't even know it? I'm curious to see what others post.

I think it's just a 10-20 minute screening interview and there will be a follow up one in person if I pass

They want to see what you look like :) and if they seemed your image fits with their organization, then they'll do a real interview.
