DIAGNOSIS

unquestionably, i must admit some of the diagnosis i have seeing during my career are pretty interesting, not to mention difficult to pronounce. however, this one kicked the bucket i couldn't or wouldn't attempt to say it out loud i'm referring to...

"pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis" = a pneumoconiosis caused by inhalation of very fine silicate or quartz dust. therefore, any of you have come across any unusual diagnosis that no one was able to pronounce of spell?...so let me hear your input ~

i love that word! i believe it is the longest word in english language.

it's not hard to pronounce, though:

pneumono-ultra-microscopic-silico-volcano-coniosis.

see? just words we mostly know already.

paraskevidekatriaphobia

May not be a diagnosis but is a phobia. Will this count?

craniorectal impaction. Unfortunately we see it all too often......
