That is the only way I know how to do nursing math. But I honestly don't know how to describe it in writing. Maybe someone else is better at writing it down. But if you don't like doing math this way, just do it the way you are used to it. For me personally, this is a fail proof method.

It's virtually impossible to go wrong using dimensional analysis. As far as making it easy, it's just like anything else, practice makes perfect...;)
