Dear FloridaTrail2006,

Do you know that you are my hero?

No, really, from one OCD student to what seems to be another, THANK YOU. I've been stalking your threads and all of your helpful posts for A2 stuff, and you are ALL OVER IT. I tend to stress about this stuff, and my nursing student friends are telling me I'm way over-thinking it. I can't help it, though. The only way I'm not going to freak out on test day (which is a week from today) is to walk in there with my wheels greased and my brain focused.

Your study guides are beautifully done, organized just the way I like it, and perfectly summarized so we don't get lost in a sea of details. Your review after you took it not only helped put my mind at ease about the test in general, but made me realize that after this coming week of preparation, I know I'll walk in over prepared, which, to me, is the best thing I can do.

So, from those of us who will see a massive hike in our scores because of your very detailed and enthusiastic help, THANK YOU! You seriously rock!

    WOW! What a nice surprise to read such a compliment! I can't thank you enough. Unfortunately, I'm just now reading it. Coincidentally, I was google searching my name, "floridatrail2006" to see how I've been integrated on the web.

    Naturally, I've been here awhile. Thank you very much for your compliment. I have no problem helping others as so many have done for me. I don't get to be on as much since I'm actively swamped in school right now. However, I do come on here occasionally.

    Good luck in your endeavors! I did chuckle at the OCD comment. Am I that obvious? My girlfriend gives me crap for it. She's an RN now for two years. She reads my papers and care plans and is boggled at the detail. She never did get into physiology where as I'm a nerdy physiology buff. Although, I'm learning that quantity doesn't necessarily trump quality. Quality is where it's at. Sometimes, though, I am too deep in details and forgetting to connect the bigger picture.

    Sometimes, I'll go back and read some older posts and threads I've written. I've definitely grown in the last couple of years. I'd like to think that everyone does through the transition of school. I've tried to analyze my thinking process and make myself a better person. Ultimately, to help the patients, help myself, and help others.

    Thanks again! It's nice to hear feedback like this out there. Take care. Feel free to ask for help anytime. Heck, I brought a level 1 nursing student here last night. She was very overwhelmed. Very typical early on. I was trying to help through that process.
