When I got excepted into NS it was the best news ever. Then test and classes. Then it was take the HESI and pass, clinicals and just getting thru. Now I wonder if that was just a tease. Now I must take the NCLEX and pass and get a job. Be the low man on the totem pole, deal with nursing eating there young (ME), proving myself, stand on my feet all day, take orders and care for my patient. Wow that is a lot. Just thinking about it makes me scared. I feel overwhelmed but I know that this is the best decision that I ever made. What can I do to deal with the future.

Try talking to a peer about it! I know I'm going through the same things my classmates and soon to be colleagues are and it definitely helps. :) I also have a therapist who hears way too much of my whining about graduation and nursing.
