8 Days And Counting!!!!

Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

Ok ladies,

I have 8 days left before I sit for the tests.

Any help on what I should be narrowing my study focus on.

I have been doing about 300 questions a day for the past 2 weeks and have been looking at saunders for my weak areas. I have done the online review course for kaplan but have not taken test 7 yet. My scores are in mid 60's to mid 70's. I am at the point on the review that I am getting repeat questions and am getting them right because I know the answer, so I am scared that my 70's scores are because of the repeat questions.

The anxiety is already starting and I know I will be a wreak on Thursday.

Any help would be soooooo appreciated at this time, I am starting to lose focus thanks.

I am only getting in the mid 50's on my review tests! So, I am nervouse I am going to do horribly anyway! I sit for my test a week from today!

I'm sitting for my test a week from today too!!! I have been getting in the mid 60% high 50% on the Kaplan tests. I know of people who have passed the NCLEX with scores in the 50% on the kaplan.

I just want it to be over!!!!!!:trout:

Good luck!!!

I just took my NCLEX on Tuesday, and found out this morning that I did pass. If I could tell you one book to buy that I felt definitely helped it would be Prioritization, Delegation and Assignment by LaCharity, Kumagai and Bartz. You can purchase it at Barnes and Noble for $25.00. I did the whole book, and felt that it really was a hugh help, because the majority of the questions that everyone has been seeing are these types. If you know content and do the questions in this book, you will be fine!! Good luck, I hope this helps.

i have 10 days left before my exam.. m also using kaplan and at most i only gt 50's in the qbank..& 60's in saunders q & a.. im losing hope in passing this exam.. :crying2:

Don't lose hope about passing. You are going to take the exam and there will be things that you will definitly know and things that you will not know. Just keep in mind that you only need to get approximately 50% of the questions right to pass. Stay focused, take you time and think each question through before you go on to the next and you will be fine. Good Luck.;)

I took my test this past Wednesday and I found out today that I passed!!!!:balloons::monkeydance:

What about you guys????

I took my test on thursday and am waiting for results.

I do not feel confident though, there were way tooo many meds that I did not know and selcet all that apply (i suck at these). As for the test I thought it was hard and that there was no way to prepare for it.

cross your fingers.....PLEASE

I just found out today that I passed...I AM OFFICIALLY A NURSE!!!
