Jun 23, 20215 yr Our was PIE- problem, intervention, evaluation. Same thing, different wording. Sometimes I get a little nostalgic for the simplicity of old-style charting. Paper charting wasn't perfect, but it took a whole lot less time to fill out and write in an assessment and vitals than it takes to log in and check endless boxes.
