Hello! I wanted to create this for those applying to Cal State San Marcos ABSN Spring 2022 Cohort.

Just got my evaluation back today, 40 pts.  I figure anything 40+ and you are solid for admissions.

I think that is what I saw happen for Fall 2021 admissions. Everyone with 40 and above seemed to have been contacted around the same time.  And then anyone who received 37-39 heard back at different times. So awesome job! ?

I'm so glad I found this! I received my evaluation worksheet on Sept 22 and I've been chomping at the bit to receive my admission decision. I have 37 points.

Question - does anyone know how they communicate admission decisions? I've been checking my online portal (both CSU Apply and MyCSUSM Student Center) regularly, as well as my email. I would guess email?

Good luck to everyone ?

I was told via email but some of the Fall 2021 accepted applicants saw their accepted status on MyCSUSM Student Center.  They referred to it as the website and I'm assuming they were referring to MyCSUSM.

Good luck! ?

For those of you referring to MyCSUSM Student Center, are you already students at CSUSM? I am not a CSUSM student, I only have an account with Cal State Apply and my application status just says "complete."

You should have gotten an email with instructions on how to set up your MyCSUSM account after applying.

I really hope we hear back today!

When does anyone think we should be hearing back on admissions?

An advisor told me that they hope to send out the first round of admission offers sometime between this week and next. So I've been checking my email and myCSUSM like 10 times a day LOL ?

Really hoping we hear back early on this week rather than next! The wait is killing me haha ? Does anyone know if any other Spring cohorts have taken until October to find out?

AHHH it looks like first round of admissions was sent out! I just checked myCSUSM and my app status changed from "Completed" to "Admitted"!! Haven't received an email with an official notification yet though.
