  1. did you get an official email saying your application was rejected? My status says "Under Consideration" but my job title reads the same as yours.
  2. What did they ask you during the screening call?
  3. Hi! Can someone tell me how the application process for the New Grad program at Rady's works? Do they just post the openings on their career page? I am trying to find information for the Spring 2024 start and I can't find anything. Thank you so much!
  4. Has anyone here gone from Navy Nursing to civilian nursing or vice versa? I would love to hear people's personal experiences who started out in military nursing then went civilian or vice versa. What did you like about it? What did you hate about it? Which do you like more? Civilian nursing or military nursing? I will be completing my BSN program this December and am very curious about Navy Nursing. Some have advised me to wait, try to get into a new grad program as a civilian and then decide if I want to try and commission into the Navy. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
  5. Hello! Just to confirm- there is no formal application for UCI's new grad program, correct? Would I just need to apply to any of the Clinical Nurse I positions?
  6. So far it's good, all of our classes are online and I am only taking 2 of the 3 courses since one of previous undergraduate classes fulfilled the nutrition requirement. From what I am hearing the first semester is the easiest semester of them all. I am still working this semester and plan to stop working once we start clinicals next semester.
  7. I ended up choosing CSUSM!
  8. Thank you so much for your feedback! Definitely a huge help ?
  9. For National: 4.0 GPA, 90 TEAS For CSUSM: 36 points
  10. Thank you so much! I appreciate all of this information!
  11. Would anyone here happen to know anything about the CSUSM nursing program and how it compares to the National University nursing program? Maybe someone here knows someone who was in the CSUSM program? I know they are different in terms of the way they structure their classes (the semester system at CSUSM vs. one class at a time at National). But I am just trying to find some input on the pros and cons of the programs at both CSUSM and National. Thank you!

  13. Hello- I was recently accepted to CSUSM's nursing program and also National University's nursing program. I am trying to decide which school to attend and was wondering if anyone in the program would be able to provide me with some feedback about their experience with the program so far? Pros? Cons? Thanks!
