Hi all,
Looking to apply this month for Summer 2020! Anyone else on the same boat? I am currently taking my last class so I expect to update my transcript when grades are posted mid-Decemeber. Anyone from previous cohorts had an issue with this?
I'm a little anxious about my points- I'm in the low 30s but hopefully it will be less competitive in Summer/fall!

Hi!
I am applying for the Summer 2020 cohort as well! :) I actually submitted my application yesterday and submitted my transcript from the CC where I took my prereqs. My app status changed to completed, but I am curious if I have to do anything to verify that I still working on my bachelor's at CSUSM?
My points should range in the 30s as well. I am hoping it is less competitive too!

I'm in the low 30s as well. I was right on the edge of what they accepted last year for the spring cohort, yet didn't make it for this years! So many people had crazy high point averages in the 40s. I'm hoping that summer will be less competitive!!! Fingers crossed for us :)

I originally applied to the spring cohort. My total points are in the low 30s (32 points to be exact). Best of luck to everyone applying! ?

Hi everyone!
I also initially applied for the spring cohort but didn't get in, so I'm hoping I'll have better luck for summer ? Good luck to everyone!

Is the point system pdf still up on their website? I've been trying to find it.

Hi everyone! I applied to the Summer program as well, and I'm now waiting to get my score. Does anyone know how long that usually takes?
Good luck everyone!

Hello everyone! I've been reading allnurses religiously for some time now and I finally decided to make an account since I'm hoping to get accepted in the Summer 2020 cohort too!
So, I just submitted my application 3 days ago and I'm wondering if anyone happens to be a current CSUSM student graduating in the spring? I don't have my degree *yet* but I was told since it won't be conferred until May, I may be one of the last to hear if I got accepted! Regardless, fingers crossed and good luck to everyone!

I called the Extended Learning Office a few weeks ago and they said that they give you your evaluation score once they receive all of your documents. I think they gave a rough estimate of 2-3 weeks!

Hi,
I’m currently a CSUSM student graduating in the spring as well! I didn’t know that we would be the last to hear. I submitted my application weeks ago and have been dying to hear back already!

Most applicants didn't hear back for at least a few weeks to a month after the application deadline for the spring cohort. It seemed that after the deadline passed for applications, they reviewed everything then sent out invitations to those with the highest points first. Then after that they send out invitations to those with the next highest points until the cohort is full. That is kind of what I gathered from the spring cohort applicants! And if you don't hear back at all within a month or so then your application just rolls over for the next term. Unfortunately they don't tell you if you don't get accepted. Just make sure to check your application status daily or weekly to see if you got accepted ?
