Hi guys has anyone submitted the nursing application to Monalisa? If so, did she send out an email confirming you did?

I'm hand delivering my application to her tomorrow so I'll ask for you. :)

Ekstock is correct. I just called and Monalisa told me that she will send out confirmation emails by the end of today. If anyone sends in or submits it in person then they will not receive a confirmation email after 5 days of their submission.

Hi. I was wondering when to submit the nursing application, which includes the nursing app form, transcripts, and TEAS? Is it anytime until Sept. 10th or when we get an email instructing us to do so?

You can turn it in anytime/anyday (when you have all of the required documents ready) within the open application period. The last day to turn it in will be Sept. 10.

For the TEAS result. Should I just print it or should I send it electronically?

If you took the TEAS at csulb then there's no need for you to print it out. However, if you took it elsewhere, you will need to order an official TEAS transcript from the ATI website and have it deliver to the school or to you (whichever is the fastest) then you hand deliver it in along with your other documents since the deadline is several days away.

For the TEAS results, I thought we only had to have it electronically delivered to Long Beach from a different institution? Did we also have to print it out as a hard copy and include it in the application?

@ekstock: I don't know the full detail of how to order the teas transcript from ATI website because I took it at csulb so I don't have to do that. I'm sure if you go to ATI website and click order TEAS test result it should tell you what to do. Also, the school does not accept a print out of your score, only the official one from ATI website
