I am extremely surprised there isn't a thread that exists for students applying to CSU LB for Fall 2015!!
Here are my stats, but enlighten me on one part, what does the general gpa consist of? I actually went to CSULB and met Monalisa, but she said the nursing program only looks at eight classes... Maybe I should call to reassure how they calculate the cummulative GPA, but my other scores are set.
Science GPA: 4.0: 4
TEAS Math: 100 : 2
TEAS Overall: (90.7x2)100:1.814
GE GPA: TBA
So far so good, but being that a 3.0 is the cut off gpa for general and science for the program I am giving myself a 3.0/2= 1.5 as a score and my points would be a 9.314 as a default. Hopefully it will be higher.

For GE GPA, they only count a Critical thinking course, oral communication course, statistics course and written communication course.

I know, I was searching for a Fall 2015 post, so I'm glad I found yours.
Here are my results:
TEAS Math (96.7x2)100: 1.934
TEAS Overall (79.3x2)100: 1.585
GE GPA:1.833
Total score is 9.352
Does anyone know what the average grades or score was for last semester? I think two semesters ago 9.35 was average, but I'm sure it has gone up. And all our application consists of is the two page application and our transcripts right? Thanks in advance!
Yea unless you are a transfer student, you may need additional forms. Do you know if you can submit the application in person instead of mailing it? I just want to be sure it gets there on time.
Yes, last time I checked you can submit it in person. I'm going to mail it since that is easiest for me, so I hope it gets there.
Thanks for the information!
So that would make my GE GPA a 3.5 so 3.5/2=1.75
so my score is a 9.564.
So the scores so far are:
karliology: 9.564
collegegirl17: 9.352

For any one else looking around, feel free to post your stats. To me this is a way of getting to know the applicant pool for fall 2015. According to the CSULB website, over 600 applicants apply for their fall term. Ive seen maybe about 30-40 people give their stats for previous previous applicant threads and their scores ranges in the 9's.
My scores are:
Science GPA: 3.53 (Microbiology in Progress)
Ge GPA: 4
Teas Overall: .887x2= 1.774
Teas Math" .967x2 = 1.934
So I have 9.238, but I think they round to the hundredths, so I would have 9.24.
I have a low score because of my in progress class, so I dont think im gonna get accepted until I finish Micro with at least a B.

I also applied to CSULB.
My results are as follows:
TEAS Overall (89.3x2)100: 1.786
GE GPA: 3.5/2= 1.75
Total: 9.47 :)
Unless they count A- for the GE GPA, I would have 9.435.

Finally! I found this thread. Been looking around for months now. Took the TEAS last Jan 23 and submitted my application after.
Here's my stats:
Science GPA 4.0 = 4 pts
GE GPA 4.0 = 2 pts
TEAS Math 100%= 2 pts
TEAS Adjusted(88%) = 1.76 pts
I have 9.76 atm.
Goodluck to other applicants
