wow really??? I guess that's why they make you send them two self addressed envelopes. You're so lucky you got into a BSN program! I hope you get accepted to the school you want.

Thanks, I will be applying to like 9 community colleges for the spring of 09 if I dont get accepted to CSULA or CSUF. I'm still finishing Micro :/ Well atleast you both got accepted somewhere!

Thank you girls for all your help!!

In case anyone is wondering............ CSULA sent out Fall of 09 acceptance letters already. They have not sent out Spring of 09 acceptance letters, waiting list letters or letters stating insufficient points. Will be doing so, I'm thinking, next month (mid-June)

hopefully you guys are waitlisted or get in for spring 2010!! good luck!

the deadline to accept fall just passed (last wed--may 13th)...so you may hear from them soon...i decided to decline and go to csulb...so that's one spot :)

Yes....Denied!!! but we still have another chance!! So keep crossing those fingers!

paurora9 - Thanks for the info and for going to CSULB!! hahaha Lucky!!

the nursing office called me yesterday to let me know i was admitted and to send them confirmation that i would be attending for fall 09 by 5 pm today. so im assuming they have called everyone by now...

wow congrats lucky!!!! will you be going to csula ?? what was the total points you had over 31 ???

im not sure the exact number of points but i got an 87.1 on my teas test and my prereq GPA was a 3.929.

omg you prereq GPA is high. Do you mind telling us your overall GPA? We just want to know where we stand on getting accepted or not.

i think its a 3.3? but i think they care mostly about prereq GPA. a bunch of friends of mine aren't getting accepted anywhere because they got a B in one of the sciences. i did not think i was going to get accepted so quickly. most people i know in nursing programs had to apply several times before being accepted, some as long as 4 years.

oh okay so i got some new news. Today i went to the nursing office because i actually attend csula. The reason i went is because most of my friends have been recieving rejection letters and i havent received anything. So i went and unfortunately they are still reviewing my application. I asked the lady if its true that all fall applicants have been chosen because there was a certain deadline she told me no we are still choosing applicants for fall so there still some hope for those that havent received anything! I hope i hear some good news soon because i heard some bad news today and got rejected from la county :(! Hopefully great news will come soon!:)
