CSUB Nursing Program for Fall 2014

I'm sorry to hear that I was saddened because you are such a nice person from what I've seen in the forums and was looking forward to taking classes with someone like you, with hope of being accepted of course. But, sometimes things happen for a reason in order to follow the path that's meant to be for us. With that said, I wish you the best!! I agree, you will be a great nurse. Please let us know how your program goes ok! Wishing you the best And I will def post if i got in or not. Regardless, we are starting our nursing careers so HOORAY!!! That's the real goal, not the school but our amazing careers :)

If you guys RSVP'd for the BLS CPR class after the meet and greet day, I suggest you get the book on Amazon or Ebay for half the price than it is from the site that Eva sent us (Find American Heart Association (AHA) BLS, ACLS, PALS, Heartsaver, and Other Course Materials and Training Products at Channing Bete Company)

Aw thank you!! Yes I agree it does feel like I know you, atleast via the forum lol And thank you I hope we get in too!! I e-mailed yesterday and was told I am now on the waitlist...It's a step in the right direction so hoping to hear something by the end of this week. If not, I shall move forward with MSMC. I too hope they decline to go to their preferred school. Good luck with your program @allaboutkitties! :)

Just got an update in ranking. I am now #2 on the waitlist, but I feel like everyone who has been offered a position has already accepted it. So I am feeling less hopeful.

Congrats! There's a meet and greet on Aug. 7 and the nursing orientation is on Sept. 12.

The only thing you missed was the new student orientation but we basically just got general info, runner card, and registration for classes. Nursing students don't have to attend the registration because we're automatically enrolled for Fall quarter.
