CSN RN Spring 2013

So a friend of mine who is applying next semester sent me a simple text asking if i had heard anything and i went into full panic mode texting back saying no and why did anyone else she knows get the call...instant panic mode from an innocent text...so of course i had to log back in here to see if maybe calls did go out after i started watching the world series(which my team totally won wooo hooo)...i REALLY hope the madness ends with a phone call tomorrow

I would have done the same thing! My boss asked me tonight (after I had worked with her ALL day) if I heard anything and I blew up and said "don't you think I would have told you already if I got a call today?! It's 7pm!!!!" My nerves are completely shot. But I have to try and stay positive and get some sleep. Hopefully tomorrow will be an exciting day for all of us so I need the rest!

I hope everyone is well rested and way to Panda for the Giants! I won't be far from my phone or the website today. I can't wait to hear from all of you... so exciting!

So I've been handling the anxiety pretty well, until last night. I had a dream the school lost my phone number and couldn't call me! LOL! This dream went on all night. I would wake up and go back to sleep. I was at the school trying to find my OWN phone number in my dream. Then this morning, my phone starts ringing with Political calls and then I realize I don't know if I put down my cell or my home number. JEEZ! I am sure it will be fine but telling my heart rate that is a little harder...LOL

I want to call the nursing dept again today to politely ask if today will be the day or not but I'm scared that they will somehow know it's me! I've called them the last 2 mornings....oh well...crossing my fingers for today!

I just called both the numbers for the admin assistants in nursing... no answer. I am sitting on pins and needles!

Just called -------- too... no answer. Where is everyone??? Maybe they are in a conference room making calls?

Call them back!!! I was on the phone with them and I GOT IN!!!!!! I'm so happy right now!!!!!

Which office? I just talked to the -------------- and she said the calls would be make by the end of the month.

I called the nursing dept 651-5649. I tried to call a few times before and it was busy then went to voicemail so I gave it another try and she answered! We have to pick up our packets 10/31 any time between 12:30-6. I'm so happy right now!!!!!!! Can't wait to meet you all at orientation!!!! :D
