Credentials Evaluation Service

Hi, I am a BSN graduate at CLDH-EI but I studied nursing for 1 year at UST. My question is do I include my 1 year of nursing at UST in the list of professional schools on my CES report since my transcript at CLDH-EI already have my records at UST.

THANKS!

Graduated from secondary school 20 years ago. I dont have a copy of my diploma anymore but I have a certificate that I graduated from that school. Can I just enclose it along with my application or should my school mail it to them? Thanks again :nuke:

I had a old secondary exam results form which just showed what I had taken and the results, haven't got a clue where my certificates are so just sent what I had, usually if finished secondary school that long ago they are not bothered but would send a photocopy just in case

does the school send like a photocopy of the transcript? does CGFNS accept that.. I'm asking this because the people working on our registrar's office really don't care ;(

The Registrar has to send a certified true copy w/c in many cases is a clear photocopy and officialy stamped by the Registrar's Office to be a Certified True Copy. The Registrar then have to send it directly from their office.
