  1. does the school send like a photocopy of the transcript? does CGFNS accept that.. I'm asking this because the people working on our registrar's office really don't care ;(
  2. oh thanks.. one more question.. does the CES need to evaluate my secondary education? or just the professional ones? because they only evaluate two educations (extra would cost additional) and since my CLDH-EI transcript already contain my UST grades I was thinking of not including the UST transcript to be evaluated and maybe they would require my secondary education...
  3. Hi, I am a BSN graduate at CLDH-EI but I studied nursing for 1 year at UST. My question is do I include my 1 year of nursing at UST in the list of professional schools on my CES report since my transcript at CLDH-EI already have my records at UST. THANKS!
  4. Hi, I'm planning on applying to get my license card on PRC Baguio (where I took & passed the exams last DEC '07) but the thing is I wasn't able to attend the Oath taking ceremony because I was out of the country. Is there anyone who had or has the same problem as mine? I just wanted to know beforehand what to do so that when I travel all the way to PRC Baguio to apply for the license card I would have whatever they require. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys!
