Crazy sign on bonuses

I keep getting an ad pop up on my FB feed, advertising a hiring event for a hospital with sign on bonuses of upwards of 20k!

I keep thinking to myself... what kind of hole is this place that you have to entice people in with that much money?

Honestly, I don't even click the ad, because it scares me so much. Maybe I'm off my rocker. HA!

What is it they say - if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

There could be an outside remote possibility that its legit, but are they asking for extensive experience, adv education or specialization?

And another thought - might they be prepping for a union strike action???

I'd be wary too. If you don't have to provide too much info, it might be interesting to find out.

My hospital was doing up to $25,000 sign on bonuses for a little while and it was legitimate. Not always too good to he true! :)

Your facility might be a little out of the ordinary - quite a bit of a commute for some so the relocation bene is explainable !

I had a job that offered a $25k sign on bonus once. The hospital itself wasn't horrible, but it was in the most middle of nowhere backwoods swamp town I've ever been in. I could totally understand why they'd need huge money to lure people in. $25k was not near enough to have to live there!
