does anyone know if the cpne has to be completely paid for before you can schedule your date? what if you are doing the payment plan? do you have to complete the payment plan first before you can apply and schedule the date?

Yes, they will not schedule your exam until it is paid for. That is the reason why I could not get the program done before my drop dead date. It is important to set aside the money, including hotel and travel expenses, early, and keep that money set aside.

If you go on the payment plan, then you must pay $600, in order to get a date. The balance must be paid off 30 days prior to that date, or they will cancel you.

It is financial aid awarding time. Call to inquire about getting a scholarship or the Nursing Student Loan.

What department would you call?

I emailed EC Fin Aid and was told that the review is done from Dec. 15-31 and you need to have your FAFSA filled out by Nov. 15th in order to qualify for a EC scholarships/loan. Was anyone told different? Do you have to fill out a form in addition to the FAFSA?

Missy usually the dates that they give are firm for the scholarship (they may wiggle sometimes), but if they have funding for the loan, you are in need, and CPNE eligible you'll probably get it.

Press "0" on the main line and ask for financial aid.

I already know two people who got $500 scholarships and it isn't the 15th so I wonder if they have given out all the money yet? I had my FASFA turned in, in October i think and haven'[t heard anything! =)
