Here's some notes I'm using to study for CPNE with...I'm sure they are not 100% perfect ~ but maybe they will help someone else at least get started. I've used some info from Ivan (user on here) - some from other students...some I don't even know their real names...most of the mneumonics are mine...some of them make no sense to anybody else, but maybe you can get something out of it!
Also included some Q&A from phone calls with staff at ECE.

i skimmed over you note quickly they really are very good. and these are the things that stand out to me. please don't take it as criticsium.... it is intended to help you and all studying for cpne.
abdominal assessmentr – response of pt – record data & response pt response is not a critical element for abdominal assessment
neuro assessment- verbalization clear and understandable. not a ce for neuro assessment
musculoskeletal management-you missed the buzz word… you must have atrophy or no atrophy in your charting or it will be a fail
the best of luck to you and all studying for cpne!
thanks :-) and like i said ~ not perfect!! lol
btw, i put response on abd assessment - for me, i'm thinking - make sure i document any pain or tenderness with abd assessment. it is not a 'critical element' - it's just a trigger for me to remeber to ask about tender/pain

Thank you for providing this help for others.
I agree Dana that is a trigger to see if pain is present. And as a FYI no mneumonics are perfect for everybody.... all have to be tweeked to make sense in our Dazed and Confused CPNE Mush Brains:bugeyes:
