Wow!! That was fast!
I submitted my application on the 21st of December, the application has been kind of sitting there and not reviewed, so I figured no harm in asking, I called EC was referred to Atlanta, the application was accepted on the phone. So I asked what the time frame for the test was she told me 4-6 months, so I then asked about cancellations she told me she had a few..... 26-28 Feb at Riverdale....eeehaw. Just couldn't help my self in telling Y'all.

wow, that's great!! good luck!
Couple of questions about the CPNE, sort of. What do they consider business casual? I'm sure that shorts sneakers and a t shirt would be out, my past business attire. Is a golf shirt and pants acceptable, or would a button down shirt be more accepted?
Lunah, I never got around to replying to a post on Landstuhl, but I was on Kirschberg for three years, did R&D at the USAREUR Blood Bank. My wife, a LCSW, and I have been talking about applying in a couple years.
Have you talked to your recruiter? I have been talking to one but the Army wants a BSN now even for the reserves, that and I would need to get a OF waiver. And have you looked at AR 670-1? Just something to think about.
I'm sure a polo-style shirt would be fine, as would a button-down. I just wore some black pants with a button-down shirt, and that was good. Just don't wear jeans (or shorts!! LOL)

I'm working with an Army healthcare recruiter now -- I'll have my BSN in June, so I'm looking to go active duty with the Army Nurse Corps at some point after that. Exciting!!

Lunah---are you getting your BSN through EC?? If so how long has it taken you? I may do the same after a few years.
Nope, through Chamberlain. EC wanted too much general ed, and I was coming in with 206 credits and not wanting to repeat a bunch of stuff! I've mostly taken one class at a time with Chamberlain, starting in October 2008, and I'll have my BSN in June. That was skipping a couple of 8-week sessions, too.
