Could this mean I got in?!

The nursing applicants at my school are really upset because some of them are apparently being given the run around by their nursing advisors about when they can be advised for the spring. A lot of the focus is on my advisor, but I emailed her this morning and got an appoint for Tuesday. Some of my classmates found this very upsetting, and it's making me wonder if this could be an indicator that I got accepted. I get along great with my advisor, and she has been very encouraging every step of the way. Rumor has it that she isn't like that with everyone; some students hate her already. I know not to count my chickens yet, but I'm just curious what y'all might think...

I just found out from the department secretary that the admissions committee is meeting this afternoon to go over applications, and we probably won't find out until we meet with our advisor next week. AGGGHHH!!!
