im still waiting for a call to get in as an alternate... im high on the list still not called yet. it is killing me

@MikeJ the deadline is only a couple days away, you may still get that call! I will pray that you do ?

Hi Everyone,

I was alternate #2 for the LVN-RN program and just got a phone call that a spot opened up. Hang tight fellow alternates, they are starting to make those phone calls ??
 

Is the LVN-RN program the only ones who have alternates with #'s? I applied to the Traditional RN and didn't have a number as an alternate..

I honestly didn’t have a number on my letter. I called the nursing office when I got my letter and they said they didn’t have the alternate # info yet because letters were still going out. I followed up a few weeks later and they were able to tell me where I was on the alternate list. I would give them a call to see if they have any updated info to give you. Or hang tight for until tomorrow to see if you get a call. I have my fingers crossed for you ?

 Isn’t the number on the bottom left corner of the letter? It has the letter A then a number @m

Unfortunately mine didn’t have that. It just said “Alternate” in that spot.

Congratulations! No not yet. They told me it should come by 330.

Congrats! That’s so awesome!! What number were you? 

I just called and apparently the number is on the paper BUT after telling her my name she said she hadnt made their way to my name exactly in terms of giving out calls for alternates sooo we must keep waiting ?

Just got a call that I’ve been accepted to traditional RN program , was #6 alternate!
