Anyone from the Central Valley receive their interview invite yet?

Congratulations! No not yet. They told me it should come by 330.

Unfortunately mine didn’t have that. It just said “Alternate” in that spot.

I honestly didn’t have a number on my letter. I called the nursing office when I got my letter and they said they didn’t have the alternate # info yet because letters were still going out. I followed up a few weeks later and they were able to tell me where I was on the alternate list. I would give them a call to see if they have any updated info to give you. Or hang tight for until tomorrow to see if you get a call. I have my fingers crossed for you ?

Hi Everyone, I was alternate #2 for the LVN-RN program and just got a phone call that a spot opened up. Hang tight fellow alternates, they are starting to make those phone calls ??

@nurseAmy2 Do you know if there is an estimated graduation date for the LVN-RN program or a projected amount of days per week the program is?

Congrats to all that got in! I got a letter yesterday that says I’m an alternate for LVN-RN AP program. Does anyone know what it means that I don’t have an alternate number? I’m not sure if it just means I’m so far down the list that I don’t have a number? The nursing office couldn’t give me info since letters are still going out, but I’m just like what does that even mean though LOL.

I love that Golden Living has free CNA training. There are not a whole lot of places in and around Fresno that offer CNA training, little alone Free training. The only drawback is that spots in the program get filled just about as soon as they are available. In order to even be considered there are a few hurdles to go through: first pick up an application at 9am on the designated date(only 60 are available), then come back and take their math test and if successful in completion an appointment for interview will given and 20 will be chosen. Golden Living does this every month. Last month I got there right at 9am and the applications were gone already. If anyone has any idea on how early the line starts, interview tips or any further info about this program I'm all ears :-) Also Does anyone knows of any other CNA programs around Fresno besides FRESNO ADULT, CLOVIS ADULT, and GOLDEN LIVING?
