Conference Call Study Session Schedule

Hi Nurses!

I'm doing another conference call study session on Wednesday 7/23/14 and Friday 7/25/14 at 730 pm. Wednesday we will be going over SAFETY AND INFECTION CONTROL. I will be getting the questions from lippincotts 3000 online. We will take turns reading a question and we all will agree on an answer. Here's the catch! We won't be able to see the answer until after we've clicked an answer. One more thing, since the website generates random questions, each person will have their own different question to read aloud to the group. Friday is pharmacology night! Each person will pick 3 commonly seen drugs (hint) to present to the group, name of the drug, side effects, dosage, what disease is mostly used for and what else can it be used for and what you need to teach the patient and what pregnancy category? ( can pregnant women take it). OK so whose in. PM Me for Access. I need at least 5 NURSES for Friday night. Lets make studying fun!

    Were/are you a teacher?? I am and I love it when people use instructional strategies that really work!! I took a whole class on them for my BS in Education in the early 90's so the resources are out there!!! A lot of nursing instructors should heavily investigate them! ;)

    No I'm not a teacher never have been but I do believe in different ways of learning. We get tired of the same old boring way sometimes. I just want learning to be fun and new and exciting. I'm glad you're in. This is how I hold myself accountable to studying. We all are new at nursing so lets have fun teaching and learning from each other. Nclex Review Pn is free online I will find the link.
