Hello,
Can anybody recommend a concise antibiotic guide? Thanks!

What do you mean exactly? A good drug guide (I use Davis) will give you just about any information you need such as dosing, interactions, indications, etc.

If you want a guide for what abx for what infection then The Sanford Guide is the go to.
If you want a more comprehensive overview of abx then Antibiotics Simplified is a good choice.

I use the hospital formulary program on our work computers. It is consice, regularly updated, has an IV compatibility guide, and is free. During day shift, there is often a pharmacist on the unit I can ask questions that come up.
