Mike,

NO!!! Just the final straw! Sick of surgeons trying to run the schedule for their benefit, poor management, grueling cases, no help, and jerk docs. Ex: The last case I did was a lap chole. The pt. was prepped and draped and all the equipment was hooked up and ready. The surgeon walked in, was gowned and gloved, and went to sit on the stool across the room with his arms folded. When I asked him what was wrong he said, "Well, when somebody puts up the light handles I'll start this operation!" Never mind that he just had to walk in and cut. :angryfire Sick of azzoles! Enough already!

That is so funny! Must have just gotten out of residency and always had his underlings doing the "menial" task before the "GOD" actually performed his "miracle"! After 30 years myself I know what you mean.:lol2:

Hey, Shodobe!

No !!! This particular azzole has been a surgeon for 25+ yrs.! He has also gone thru over 7 partners in the past 15yrs. Even other docs can't stand him. I used to think to myself: "hmmm. Dr. X is here. Wonder who's running Hell?".....:lol2:

ebear

LMAO.... "I wonder who's running hell?"

Bwah ha ha ha ha ha....

I have 2 of those surgeons where I work.

No wonder that surgeon of yours went through 7 partners... Couldn't put up light handles... What a beee-otch!!!
