I don't know! These are good questions to ask at the close of your first interview. Questions like "What happens next?" and "What is the time frame for your decision?" It's also always good to get contact info for your interviewer(s) at the end of the first interview so you can send thank and follow up messages. If you did that, you could always ask those questions now. Better late than walking in unprepared.

Good luck and congratulations on getting a call back.

Hi PinkNails!

Congratulations on getting called back for another interview. My first suggestion is to concentrate on questions you may be asked during your interview and practice your responses. Some examples: What are your strengths? What do you have to offer our company and our residents? Do you have any weaknesses? What are your goals for the future? These are a few of the frequently asked questions during the interview process. Best of luck to you!

We would have no way of knowing how many candidates have been called back for 2nd interviews.

In my experience, a first interview is usually allowing the potential employer to get to know some things about yourself, explain your resume, behavioral type questions and explaining what your job description would be. A second interview may be a working interview where you may be put on a trial period to show you are competent in your skills or if they were pleased with your first interview you may be extended a job offer at the end of the second interview. If you do have questions, never be afraid to ask, now is the time for that. If you have a question about what is going to be your next steps - call them. Anything that has to do with the job itself I would save for the actual second interview. If you would like to walk through their facility - which in my experience is usually done on a first interview, then you should also ask for that as well. Don't be shy because this is the information you NEED to know in order to make you decision about accepting the job and if it is the right fit for your lifestyle.

Thank you both so much..

Thank you so much

What is it you need help with?

"they call me back for this interview super fast is that a good thing?"

Well, I guess if they're open to hiring you....yes....? Unless they are desperate to hire anyone because they have a high turnover, in which case.....no.

"Do I have a chance ? "

Show up for the interview on time, be dressed and groomed appropriately, smile and answer politely and clearly, don't be dodgy about answering anything that can bite you in the butt later....then yes, I'd think you have a chance.

"Do they have other candidates?"

Now how on earth would we know this?

"I had another person interviewing with me so...I don't know if they called her back or not"

Neither do I.

"...help"

With what?

OK??? I see its a lot of *** Mrs on here
