CNA Program Prices

I paid exactly $1000 for a 3 week full time program (books, uniforms, testing, bp cuff, gait belt and CPR cert) It was well worth it, I learned a lot! My school was at Country Club and Brown in Mesa. It was called RSAA Training Institute but now Its called AZ Medical Training Institute. Hope this helps :)

I went to AZ Medical Training Institute as well. I did the 6 week weekend program. It was fun and I was able to do it quickly rather than waiting to sign up at a school in the beginning of the semester. And if I am right, I believe they have the highest pass rate for state boards as well. A good option.

Community Colleges have CNA programs. For example gateway and central arizona college. Both are around $71 a credit and the class is I think 6 credits. I went to the CAC CNA class and it took 1 semester because it was 1 day a week but it only cost $421.

Also Gateway has a CNA class and gateway places Gateway students into their programs first. With a CNA from Gateway you could also look into the Fasttrack option.

You might want to check out Adult Care Learning Systems. Its a 5 week course M-Thurs 4:45pm-10:15pm for around $500. Check out their website http://www.adultcarelearning.com.

I actually just finished the cna program at adult care learning systems and honestly I feel so unprepared. We had 2 to 3 hour lunches instead of practicing everything we learned in the book we were cramming the last two days. I'm going to study study and look at youtube videos because I honestly need more help on the skills part. It is so true you get what you pay for $500

I took the CNA course from PVCC ($71/credit) and have since worked as a CNA at a LTC, PCT at a hospital and now I am working as a HUC full time and am starting NS this month. You can do it! It's a great intro to bedside patient care and to become familiar with what to expect in the field. :)
