I am just starting my long and exciting journey to one day becoming an RN. I'm going to be finishing up all my pre-reqs this summer and applying for the maricopa nursing program in the fall! I'm looking into becoming a CNA and working as a CNA for the time being and while going to school. I've been looking at the different programs in the valley and was pretty surprised how expensive they were for some pretty short courses, some only 6 weeks long. I've found most of them to be right around $1000 including books, scrubs, etc.
Is that pretty average? Do you have any recommendations or no of anywhere less expensive? Thanks in advance!:)
