Hello,
CNAs are not licensed- they're certified.
Nurses are licensed.
OK Well do you know what he has to do to be certified in NJ if he's already crtified in another state?

Hello-I'm not sure of the steps but maybe you could contact the NJ Board of Nursing, I believe that they handle CNA certification as well. Good luck with your move!

Hi - its not very complicated, I have known some people that have gotten their certificates for nj after moving from PA - i think you need to submit proof of certificate, work experience, new adress etc...he should have the info from the state you are in - he can contact them for more info.
