Does anyone know anyone or work at CMC in Charlotte? Interested in possibly applying there. Salary and work enviroment. I've heard nothing but positive things. Thanks :)

I'm looking to relocate there also. Only thing I have found is U.S. News top seven hospitals, with #1 being Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center and CMC #2.

I had a conference call video on Wednesday with CMC. It seemed to go pretty well but it's a process. I'm looking to relocate in July or August. It's just a huge step I'm moving there really knowing no one. I have some family friends that will put me up for a month or so until I find an apartment and roommate. I'm just ready for a change.

I am a current employee, Carolinas Healthcare is a huge system of hospitals, clinics, SNFs. I am assuming you are speaking of CMC-main. Overall it's a great place to work, they do many employee incentives and encourage teamwork. In my opinion, it's the type of company you retire from. Salary is based on years of experience, education, and location. Good luck to you!

I currently work at CMC Main in Charlotte and love it. When I graduated I worked for CMC Randolph ED (psych) for 1.5 yrs, wanted to try something new and went to Novant (Presbyterian Main) in Charlotte and quickly came back to CMC. I recommend CMC > Novant any day.
