CHOP interview

I have an interview at CHOP, can anyone give me any pointers on what CHOP looks for and also, can you tell me what the benefits package is? How much vacation you start out with. I already know I will be taking a pay cut if I am offered a job there. Does CHOP consider 30 hours per week and up full time for benefits etc? Thanks for any assistance. I have about 20 years of peds experience so I think my chances are slim that I will be offered a job based on the fact I may get a top hourly rate, but I was happy to be invited to interview.

    You might get more feedback if you post this in the PA nurses forum.

    I'm guessing that unless you're a peds/NICU nurse, or you live in PA, most people aren't going to know what CHOP is.
