Anyone know of a RN program in the virginia beach area that is possibly the most affordable?

I don't know the names of specific schools in the VA Beach area, but community college has to be the cheapest route.
I would just check the webpages of the community colleges near you and see which ones have nursing programs. Nearly every community college within 2 hours of me seems to have one, so I am sure it would be similar in such a large metro area like VA Beach.
As much as I would love to go back to tcc their program is probably the hardest to get into since it is very competitive.
Thank you for your suggestion though.
I would also like to avoid ECPI MCI, went there for Medical assisting 3 yrs ago without any results and 10k in student loans.
Any other options?

Did you look at Sentara? It's a BSN and pretty affordable as far it goes.

Definitely community colleges or public universities...I went to a private school (Shenandoah) that was ridiculously overpriced. The public schools I can think of off the top of my head are George Mason University, James Madison University, University of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University...there might be more I can't think of. The private schools (Shenandoah, George Washington University Virginia Campus, Marymount University) are extremely overpriced. You can get the same amount of education at a public school or community college.

Around here, aside from MCI and South, all of the programs are very competitive. TCC is the most affordable by far. Is it possible to move to another area where it is less competitive?

I currently attend South University, but their program is pretty high. I must say from what I hear the nursing program is great, just in my opinion the amount of pre reqs needed is ridiculous. You can take your pre reqs at TCC and apply to the nursing program, that's if you haven't gotten in as yet. I am actually looking on relocating, not because of South just I don't really like the VBeach area.. Hampton University is pretty decent in price also..
