  1. any update on how this is school is for you all so far?
  2. EDIT: 'since it seems to be the only accredited RN program (ba) in the hampton roads area' also* I don't know why I said this they're not the only accredited rn (ba) program in the area.
  3. They are ACEN accredited. Which I assume is nationally accredited? http://www.acenursing.us/accreditedprograms/programsearch.asp They're not on the CCNE list but I'm not entirely sure which is better. I'm looking more for nationally accredited programs rather than just state of Virginia approved. I'm also trying to avoid going to a community college to get pre-reqs done (I just honestly have had bad luck with community colleges and end up staying there far too long, at least with ecpi I already know what to expect since I've attended there for a different program) I may consider hampton university if that's cheaper though O: thank you for the suggestion!
  4. has anyone taken the mci virginia beach RN program at all?
  5. Looking into reconsidering ecpi since it seems to be the only accredited RN program (ba) in the hampton roads area.. it's expensive but just gotta keep thinking positive. Has anyone graduated from ECPI MCI (specifically from Virginia Beach campus) with any results? Would you recommend it? And were you able to find a job right away? That was my only problem with ecpi when I went for Medical assisting, not much help with the job hunt or able to find a job really. I'm hoping it's the opposite with the RN program, since they have such reputable nursing programs. I'd appreciate any advice or replies! Thank you so much!
  6. As much as I would love to go back to tcc their program is probably the hardest to get into since it is very competitive. Thank you for your suggestion though. I would also like to avoid ECPI MCI, went there for Medical assisting 3 yrs ago without any results and 10k in student loans. Any other options?
  7. Anyone know of a RN program in the virginia beach area that is possibly the most affordable?
