I should imagine time difference for everyone is a problem

There is a 12 to 15 hour time difference in SE Asia in most cases, and 5 to 8 hours for Europe, etc.

HAVE A SPLENDID 2006

Many of the nurses in other countries have to pay for the time that they are on the computer, and it can be expensive for them. They will use the computer just for studying or to post something here.

That is one of the main reasons that you won't see them in the chat room.

And if it is specifically with one or two nurses here, we will use the IM, not the chat room. Not all information posted is such that should be posted for all to see.

I did not know there is a chat room. what time is it usually on?

The chat room is open 24/7. You can see the little bar for it at the very top of the page on the grey bar.
