Chamberlain yes or no?

Making decision to return to school can be challenging, the need to find a program that fits into your life is a priority. Flexibility, accreditation, affordability, program format and relevance of curriculum should also be something to consider. Though I am not familiar with Chamberlain's program, I am familiar with Wilmington University and can give you some good insight into that program. I'm having the same issue

I think if you completed all your classes, you might want to review the rest of non-nursing classes you need to take so it can be done, so that you do not have to pay as much. Its fast paced 8 weeks/class, and at times you will take 2 classes at a time [ that is if you finished all your non-nursing courses ]. You are expected to read almost everything, so time is important, also get always have a head start on preparing before the actual class week begins.

Any one uses financial Pell grants to help pay ?

Depends....how many classes have you done already for nursing? Do you have the time for the community college if it takes longer but saves a lot of money? Chamberlain is $675 per credit, and the school runs on quarter semester schedule so youd be paying anywhere between 3-6k per 8 weeks. I'm choosing Chamberlain for my personal situation. My completed prerequisites are still valid and I will need the min score on the entry exam to become an immediate nursing student. Whereas at a cheaper school my sciences all expired and they require additional courses putting me at 2 more years to complete prereqs to just to even apply. For me, I'm not willing to do that, so for me, the tuition is worth it at Chamberlain.
