I have decided to apply to Chamberlain College as my main choice of nursing school. I am going to apply to COD and Aurora University as well. Far as Chamberlain how is the school?? I have read great and some discouraging reviews. I go to Kaplan University for Medical Assisting the school is accredited but I've read that Chamberlain doesn't really accept many transfer courses. I've also heard the program is flexible is that true?? Also what the admissions process is like?? Thanks I would appreciate any answers/advice!!

I noticed no one answered your post....if you check the thread for Chamberlain in Addison, you will find a wealth of information. Best wishes.

I have a friend whos daughter attends and it is very expensive and she had issues with credits transfering good luck
mum2kaza,
My classmate indicated that Chamberlain was disorganized and received very little assistance during the second year of her enrollment of the program. Also, she indicated the first few quarters were good because the instructors were willing to assist however thereafter you were on your on in addition to the school seeking a instructor for Med-Surg. I'm not discrediting Chamberlain. Everyone have various experiences.
I DO NOT expect any college program to be easy or for an instructor to spoon feed you...just wanted to clear that up in the event others may believe I think college should be or is easy. Some courses are easy while others aren't. It all depends on how well organized, dedicated, and efficient an individual is when attempting to complete any task (in addition to seeking a tutor when needed).
My classmate has borrowed 24k within the first nine months of the school year. She is seeking enrollment in an ADN program. Sometime were need to go to plan B which is still good.
