I got out of the Air Force about a year ago. I have since move to New Hampshire and I want to challenge the LVN boards. I just don't know how to go about it. I want to go back to work in the nursing field. If anyone has any information for me that would be extremely helpful. Thank you

I would think the fastest and most accurate way to get information would be to contact the NH BoN and ask them. Website can easily be found online; if FAQ page doesn't help, just call them.
Good luck.

Like CA, they might have the required info on their website.

If NH will not let you challenge the LPN boards you might have to find a state that will then apply for a license by endorsement.

States that require candidates to have graduated from PN school will not accept a challenged LPN license for endorsement. NJ will not approve a LPN license by endorsement unless the applicant graduated from a school of practical nursing.
For example the alternate experience/education LVN license is clearly noted on the BVNPT website as only valid in CA and not eligible for endorsement to any other state.
