CES report for TN

Published

I am flooded with too much concerns about getting TN visa. I hope anyone can shed some light with this one. I already have VisaScreen but Idk if I needed to get CES. My BSN is from the Phil.

Any insights, please....

Depends on the state. If you have registered already with them and you have met their requirements then usually only vsc is required for TN

Hi did you get your CES report already.

Hi. Yes I did. It took 5 months before the process was completed.

are you a foreign nurse from the Philippines? Did you take IELTS or any exams or just NCLEX

My BSN is from PH but took Canadian Nursing courses too which made me exempt from taking IELTS. I took NCLEX as well.

I have my credentials evaluated at CGFNS so it is meant to say TN required a CGFNS exam? When did you have your credentials evaluated?

I mean not CGFNS Exam IELTS exam?

If your nursing education is from Ph, I believe you need to take IELTS exam. I am not 100% sure with this one though.

As per timeline, I paid for my CES around may and full report was issued by mid December.

As far as I am aware TN only requires proof you have met US requirements for nursing which is confirmation you meet state requirements if they don’t issue a license otherwise you have a US state license and you have CGFNS visa screen certificate. If the state requirements include English exam because you trained outside of Canada then you have to do it.

As far as I can see only few states require IELTS I hope they will not require that. Yes, I have my credentials evaluated.
