You could probably buy it on Amazon.com or eBay. Check the Saunders website, they may have their qbank access online for a small fee

The 6th edition is already out so I would think Saunders just doesn't sell the 5e cd by itself anymore. But the 6e does not use a CD, just gives and access cod to Saunders qbank. I believe you can purchase access to it for like $30 or less. If you find the cd it's probably cheaper then that, but I use the 6e online questions and think they're pretty good.
@mrsboots87 hi thanks for your reply, my friend has edition 6 and access to the online test. My question is can i barrow her access in online while she's still using it in another computer?

Generally no. The access is intended for a single user. Your progress would be mixed with her progress resulting in inaccurate scoring.

Yes you can. I have the 5th edition, but the 6th comes with some other questions, so I've used my friend's log in to get those. We also study together and open it on each of our computers and it works just fine.
