Feb 9, 201412 yr Hello I just took my TEAS and scored a proficient at 75& and my GPA is 3.67. I really hope I get in. I figured I would start a thread :)
Apr 11, 201412 yr "Complete and Ready for Review" is becoming a painful sight!!! Mine also says Late April Notification. I am so anxious to start seeing some posts about being accepted so we can start looking forward to our letters! I feel like i'm going crazy checking it every day! :/
Apr 11, 201412 yr Yes! Under review is not enough. Especially since they use a straight ranking system, it shouldn't take a month let alone 2.
Apr 18, 201412 yr I am applying too! Any idea when we will hear back from them? Late April? I applied to Towson and MD and already heard back from both (i got accepted to both programs) I have similar TEAS scores and GPA (3.7 & 87%) I am 100% positive all of you ladies will get accepted! @fitmom84 @jackiejeanne (ps. I don't know how to tag people lol) Don't stress enjoy your summer!
Apr 21, 201412 yr I applied to the day program at Essex. My wife graduated from the Essex evening/weekend program a few years ago. She received her letter around May 10. I'm not sure if it still works, but there was a "trick" that would tell you if you were accepted before receiving the letter. Sign into Simon and look under Student Accounts. There will be a $200 seat fee posted if you are accepted. This happened only a few days before she received her letter, so don't freak out if there is no charge yet. (I checked and there is no seat fee on my account yet.) I'm not even sure if it still will work but it did when she applied in 2010. I'm looking forward to going back to school after taking a few years off. I have a 3.96 GPA and scored a 92% (99th percentile) on the TEAS. Good luck to everyone and hopefully we will get some good news in a few weeks!
Apr 27, 201412 yr Good luck to those of you applying!I remember when I was applying to CCBC a few years ago, letters were received during finals week.
