  1. My seat fee posted too.
  2. Mine says decision made with no seat fee yet. I applied to Essex Day.
  3. I keep telling myself that I'm not going to check SIMON for a few days. Usually I end up checking within a few hours. Hopefully we will get some good news within the next few days. My wife and a few of her friends that attended CCBC all received their acceptance letters on May 10th.
  4. From what I understand, being in required classes can hurt a little. If there are two students with similar GPAs and TEAS scores but one in still in required classes the person that already completed the class would typically be admitted first. It really does depend on the pool of candidates. CCBC admits a smaller class than some of the other nursing schools which also makes the application process difficult.
  5. Mine still says complete and ready for review. I've checked four time so far today.....
  6. From what I have read on other threads, CCBC typically does not send out the letters until around May 10.
  7. I applied to the day program at Essex. My wife graduated from the Essex evening/weekend program a few years ago. She received her letter around May 10. I'm not sure if it still works, but there was a "trick" that would tell you if you were accepted before receiving the letter. Sign into Simon and look under Student Accounts. There will be a $200 seat fee posted if you are accepted. This happened only a few days before she received her letter, so don't freak out if there is no charge yet. (I checked and there is no seat fee on my account yet.) I'm not even sure if it still will work but it did when she applied in 2010. I'm looking forward to going back to school after taking a few years off. I have a 3.96 GPA and scored a 92% (99th percentile) on the TEAS. Good luck to everyone and hopefully we will get some good news in a few weeks!
