Does anyone know how to make a nanda related to a pt with dementia, cva and aphasia?

Try using a nursing diagnosis book such as Nursing Diagnosis Handbook: A Guide to Planning Care (Paperback)

You may want to post your Nursing Student questions here: https://allnurses.com/forums/f50/ as that is a nursing STUDENT forum. This forum is for NURSES in their first year of NURSING not SCHOOL.

Ahh yes, nursing diagnoses and care plans. Just reminiscing on all the time spent on those things. Here's the rub... in real life nursing, the computer spits it out for me and it's not in NANDA terminology. The hours spent on looking them up and typing them out could have been better spent sleeping. Well, actually they weren't a complete waste of time because you gotta have a plan and a focus, but geesh all the argument and gnashing of teeth over the perfect writing of them was ridiculously out of proportion to their use.
