Yes, you should worry. How far apart was the gummies and the drug screening?

Is it for a LTC facility or hospital? Cannabis is legal in CA as well, but is still illegal federally and facilities check for it.

Hey with THC I believe it depends on the amount , the factors are the time between you ingested and the time you tested for drugs. Like for example CBD I believe is legal in 50 states , while most say THC free there is some trace amounts in it, which in some rare cases can show up on a drug test. On the other hand I don't know as much for the THC.

You license could be revoked or suspended / probably a file on you. Again I'm not too sure I hope it helps

Not legal federally. Learn to differentiate your laws--state laws versus federal laws. Yes, you should worry.
