i am now planning to schedule for an exam (nclex) in hong kong, and the additional international scheduling fee of USD150 is paid through VISA or MasterCard credit card. my dad holds a GSIS eCard Plus. it's a VISA card. but i am not sure if i can use it.. has anybody here already used this card for nclex purposes? thanks...

I don't think that card is a credit card. If I'm not mistaken, it's just a debit card.

If it has Card Verification Number, then it is a credit card. It is usually found at the back of the card. Just call GSIS to verify

That's a Debit Card. You can use it if there's enough fund on it. Try to use it at SM or Robinsons on one of your purchases just to verify it.
thanks! i already sent an email to GSIS regarding this matter. but they haven't replied yet...maybe i'll just call them. thanks again!

if your card has visa or mastercard logo, as long as you have enough funds and it is us dollars, i think you can. i used my us visa debit card to pay my nclexrn exam fee last year.
