Can someone show me the math on figuring insulin drips??

I know this is simple but I can't find in the med math book drips? Any dose is fine-just need to see the math worked out.

    Should be easy to find in your Dos Calc book. Look up insulin or heparin or drips? Should be at the tail end of the IV admin sections.
