I didn't get into any of the bsn nursing programs that I applied to. But I did get accepted into my second major provided at cal state La and Csun for public health.
But it I recently recieved a letter from mount saint Mary's university a week ago saying that I was accepted into their pre-nursing adn program.
This is left me in a predicament to try and decide which path is better for me. In the end I do have the same path of getting my bsn and possibly looking into being a public health nurse in the future
Im looking for advice. In your experience in getting your degree and the program's you were in.
So I have the option of
1. Csun for public health -> apply to an accelerated nursing program for bachelors...(I'm just a little concerned if I can handle the intensive courses and if I'm good under pressure)
or
2. Mount saint Mary pre-nursing-> interview for direct nursing adn program (depends if I get in because it isn't guaranteed)->then applying to any cal state and mount saint Mary to bridge to bsn.
Thank you for reading my post.
